| Delivery & carriage Uk mainland delivery is made by our carrier service and is a standard charge of £8.00 .Smaller orders under the value of £14.50 will incur a £4.00 carriage charge .Orders over the value of £200 will be carriage free Orders are usually delivered within 3/4 working days.Delivery times may vary with regard to availability,personalised garments,custom made items. All consignments need to be signed for upon delivery ,if you are unable to receive your parcel please advise on order where it can be delivered , i.e neighbour. Payment options If you wish to make a purchase from outside the UK ,please contact us via phone/fax/email to process your order ,we can only accept credit card payments from within the uk at present . No credit/debit card information is held on this web site .If you do not wish to submit your card details online please telephone 02920 496585 and you can speak to one of our customer service representatives who will be happy to take your order .Alternatively you can pay by cheque if you send your order direct to Safewear ,Unit 1 Lewis Road ,East Moors,Cardiff,Cf24 5eb.All cheques should be made payable to Safewear. All payments must be received before any orders are despatched.All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Availability All orders for our products are subject to availability .If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of any delay or discuss an alternative . Returns Returns due to faulty goods or damage in transit ,incorrectly delivered items or returns due to order unsuitability (returned in a saleable condition),or for any other reason,will be at the customers expense .A refund will be provided only on the cost of the goods supplied i.e refund will not include p&p charged on invoice .Returns for any other reason will be at customers expense. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds on items that have been ordered specifically to your requirements i.e personalised items or made to measure garments ,or on items that have been used or worn. Goods must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date. Prices All items on this website are priced including vat with exclusion to safety boots,safety wellingtons and safety helmets which are vat exempt in relation to a personal sale.Prices are in uk pounds sterling and those running at the time of production.If due to circumstances beyond our controll prices vary(including any variation to the rate of vat ),you will be informed prior to dispatch.This does not affect your statutory rights.
